What is a Closing Letter?

A closing letter is a written statement provided by the HOA whenever a home in our HOA is being sold. The closing letter states the amount of the annual fee and details any outstanding HOA balance owed, if any, on the property.

RMHOA Closing letters are provided by our accountant upon request using the form on this page. Closing letters are generally requested by the seller’s real estate agent or attorney.

Is there a fee?

A fee of $15 is charged for each closing letter. The fee is paid at closing.

When to request your closing letter?

We try to provide closing letters within 2 business days. To be safe, please request your closing letter at least 7 days before the projected closing date.

NOTE: Please be sure you are requesting your closing letter from the correct HOA
