“No signs of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except one professional sign of not more than one (1) square foot and/or one sign of not more than five (5) square feet advertising the property for sale or rent.” (Covenants 3.11)
The right of way (street islands), although maintained by the RMHOA, are property of the City of Champaign. The City does not allow any type of signs on right of ways.
Residents are encouraged to call the business asking them to remove their sign or remove it themselves.
