The Assessment of the Annual Maintenance Charge is $250.00 per lot and it is due on March 1st, 2026. It should be payable to Robeson Meadows Homeowners Association.
Assessments will be delinquent if not paid by March 1st, 2026. A late fee of $1.88 will be applied each month beginning with payments received after March 1st, 2026 and for each month thereafter.
