The RMHOA Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 23rd at 7 p.m. in an online Zoom meeting. A link to join the Zoom meeting is included in the meeting agenda. The meeting agenda, along with other meeting materials, is available on the Board Documents page on the website.
The meeting will include the election of board members, a resolution to raise the ceiling of the Annual Maintenance Assessment (see the meeting agenda for updated text of the resolution), approval of the 2024 budget, announcement of the amount of the 2024 assessment, reports from the various board committees, and member comments.
We welcome all residents to attend the meeting.
